What I'm Reading This Week #21
Happy Friday all! I am beyond thrilled to not having to babysit seedlings indoors anymore. I know I need to babysit them outside now but I am going to have to do some serious research on how to stop algae and white mold because I feel like I tried all of the tricks and nothing helped. I can't wait for them to actually bloom. Well, my cantaloupe have flowers on them. I guess I'll have to get some knee high panty hose to hang them from on the trellis. I'll be keeping my eye on those bucket crops because I know it won't be long before critters try to come after them and when they do, I have insect nets waiting for them. HISS! So we'll see how phase two goes. A pound is definitely better than no pound.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a very busy weekend for you.
Congrats on the loss! Enjoy your busy weekend =)
ReplyDeleteA loss is a loss, especially after a big one last week. Sometimes the pounds have to catch up to each other to seem more realistic. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteCongrats!!! I love busy weekends=less time to eat and more calories being burned.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, 199 pounds is just as impressive as 200! Both are HUGE accomplishments! I lost 100 pounds myself several years ago, but gained some back & now I'm trying to lose again. I weigh in on Saturdays too. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all your DIY projects--have a good weekend!
5+1 sounds good to me! :D Good job!
ReplyDeleteGood deal on the weigh-in! I've got my fingers crossed for another good week this week. (And yes, I will take partial credit when you succeed.)
ReplyDeleteNice on the loss--any movement down is movement in the right direction in my book. That's great in the midst of DIY projects; in our house, DIY projects often mean eating out or grabbing whatever is handy, so weight loss is not likely.
