All the information contained on this blog are for entertainment and/or resource purposes only.  I am not a nutritionist, personal trainer or any type of fitness expert.  I am sharing what works for us and this is in no way encouraging others to do the same.  Use of my particular program, lessons learned on my journey and information on this website is done at the choice and sole risk of the reader.  Before you do any kind of lifestyle change whether diet and/or exercise, please check with your doctor first to make sure it's safe for you. (Might be a good idea to get a full work up done so you can see your progress down the road!)  Use of the programs, advice, and information contained in this website is at the sole choice and risk of the reader.  Success Along the Weigh does not advocate that one particular way of eating is right for everyone.  What works for me and my husband may not work for you and what you choose to do may not be what we choose to do and ya know what?  That's okay!  We're all different and as long as you do your research to make sure the plan you choose is healthy and has long term potential, then go for it.

Nutritional information for recipes is calculated using SparkRecipes.com recipe calculator.  All nutritional information is approximate and based upon the specific ingredients listed.  If you do not have access to the specific brand listed in a recipe, you can go to that site and calculate it using what you have on hand for a more accurate calorie/nutrition count.  Success Along the Weigh is not responsible for inaccuracies in nutritional information.

From time to time I may do product reviews whether it's food or an exercise DVD or something else I use.  I am always happy to pass along something that is working great for us but I also let people know if something wasn't for me.  These reviews are my experience with them and I am not paid to do any reviews.  If someone should contact me to do a review for them and I am somehow compensated for it whether monetarily or with a free product, I would let you know in the post.  (I should also note that a positive review cannot be bought and I give my honest opinion.)  I would never steer anyone away from trying something that I didn't have a positive experience with so take my reviews with a grain of salt as one person's experience with that product.

I do have an Amazon store which I provide as a service to my readers who have asked what kinds of exercise equipment, DVD's, kitchen prep and photography equipment I use.  I do get a small percentage from purchases made through the store but they are nominal and help cover the expenses of keeping the blog up and running.
