Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes
source Lord, I hope so. I've made a few changes starting last week. Nothing huge but they're huge to me because it's different than what I've been doing for, well, ever. I grew up on artificial sweeteners. The pink stuff to be exact. Mom always had it around and honestly I didn't really start using it too much until we started on our first go round of weight loss back in 1998. I grew up on a crap ton of sugar. I was addicted to my aunt's sweet tea which, if I remember correctly, was this pitcher: source a scoop of Nestea instant tea and a cup of sugar. When my dad was still around, I remember excitedly making a cup of coffee for him- two creams , two sugars. So my tastebuds were being trained from a young age. I know we had the sweet tea in the house too and my mama was a sweet tea addict until she left this Earth, but I think at some point she switched over to the pink stuff. Happy St. Patty's Day and have fun antiquing! My hubby is sick, so I'll be trying to make myself work around the house in spite of BEAUTIFUL weather outside. At least I got in a 3 hour hike yesterday.

ReplyDeleteExcellent! One thing that may also be helping is the small fluctuation in calories each day. I seem to do better doing that than hitting my same target day in and day out.
