Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes
source Lord, I hope so. I've made a few changes starting last week. Nothing huge but they're huge to me because it's different than what I've been doing for, well, ever. I was addicted to my aunt's sweet tea which, if I remember correctly, was this pitcher: source a scoop of Nestea instant tea and a cup of sugar. When my dad was still around, I remember excitedly making a cup of coffee for him- two creams , two sugars. So my tastebuds were being trained from a young age. I know we had the sweet tea in the house too and my mama was a sweet tea addict until she left this Earth, but I think at some point she switched over to the pink stuff. I think I stuck to sugar when I lived at home but o...

Great day. I looove loco moco and nutella and Better than Peanut butter, lol. Great job not peaking at the scale as well. That's always hard for me. I gave in today then saw a number I didn't want to see and not I'm in a fould mood. Booo! I learned my lesson though. No peaking!
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Amy Dixon's Breathless body! HA! I've never heard of pea shoots before--do you buy them or do you grow them? I know lots of people who grow sprouts on their countertop and I always mean to try it myself.
ReplyDeleteMolasses cookies and hot chocolate sounds like a good way to end the day. :) I was weak all night this week and had an ice cream sandwich. My husband buys these things and then I can't resist! But I've been working out, so maybe it will balance out? Maybe?
