The Bold Bathroom Reveal
We've been waiting for this since September and so have some of you! I'm the kind of person that needs a calming environment and while this may look busy in comparison to the rest of the house, it is still a very calming space for me. It is a complete departure from anything we've ever done including out first foray into wallpaper and color drenching. A resource list will follow after the pictures. The thought of trying to cut in on a white ceiling was not in my mental wheelhouse this go round. The darker ceiling cap kind of required we go dark on the ceiling because when it was installed against the primed white ceiling, it looked like an abyss waiting for the aliens to abduct you. It's a Wonderful Life - which is kind of a shame because it would otherwise be a good movie, but I feel Jimmy ruins it with his schtick.

ReplyDeleteI agree about Jimmy Stewart. I don't care for him in most movies and in particular that one. I still thought his character was a jerk at the end of that movie. LOL As for newer movies, I don't like Bad Santa. I can't get into that kind of humor to that point for Christmas.
