Weigh In

Down three pounds.

I'll take it.

Changes I made this week were cutting calories by an average of 100.

One probiotic instead of two.

Hit water goal everyday except one (and not off by much)

1 tsp of chia "jello" with my biggest meal of the day.  (1 tsp of chia seeds in a little paper cup, add 1 tbsp water until it's a nasty gelled clump then either mix it in with cottage cheese or plop that nasty glob in the pie hole and chase it with a glass of water.)
