What I'm Reading This Week #22
Howdy do and welcome to the last Friday of May. 😑 Even though it was a short week, it always seems just a tinge longer than the previous week. I'm getting antsy because I want to see blooms. When you're growing from seed, it requires a patience I don't naturally have and trying to keep things from getting to everything before it has a chance to. Yeah I enjoy that daily ritual. I guess the other one I have recently adopted is a morning meditation. It's a nice way to start the day more centered. I've made the mistake of pushing it off to later in the day, but then I'm distracted and not focused. My attitude is much better throughout the day when I start it out with Bible time.
ReplyDeleteMy daily ritual is taking a 15 minute walk after lunch. It's a good way to get some sun, nature and away from work for a bit. Definitely improves my mood and helps clear my head.
