Ho Hum Weekend Round Up
Good Monday to you all. I hope you had a great weekend and are well rested and rarin' to go. We had a little bit of everything. Friday we were happy there was a new Project Fear to dive into. Yeah I enjoy that daily ritual. I guess the other one I have recently adopted is a morning meditation. It's a nice way to start the day more centered. I've made the mistake of pushing it off to later in the day, but then I'm distracted and not focused. My attitude is much better throughout the day when I start it out with Bible time.
ReplyDeleteMy daily ritual is taking a 15 minute walk after lunch. It's a good way to get some sun, nature and away from work for a bit. Definitely improves my mood and helps clear my head.
