What I'm Reading This Week #20
Howdy do punkin' poos? I hope you had a delightful week of blissful productivity at work (aka hanging on by the frays of your well bitten fingernails whilst saying you need to win the lottery but never actually playing.) A birthday shout out to my grandma. You know, even though she would've been 86, and I know the probability is she would be gone now, it still doesn't stop me wondering how long she would've made it if dementia hadn't reared up. I could really use one of her hugs or her hands cupping my face with that ornery little grin saying I was her first grandbaby. Happy birthday grandma. I hope you and mom have a big euchre game going on tonight. We've been slowly integrating back into walking this week as the Mr could handle. Last night he was able to do two laps without having to stop to stretch so that is good news. I am amazed at just how hard it is to find a place to stay that is not a crappy hotel in that particular area. Kind of glad we're going somewhere else a bit further down the road since we'll still get to see it but might see an even more beautiful place as a result.
ReplyDeletefolding clothes vertically is awesome. I have all of my workout tops and non-work tops folded that way. It frees up a lot of space
ReplyDeletedamn you, co-worker for being here before me on a Friday so I don't get my "quiet time" to prepare myself for the day! Just damn you...go back home and stroll in at 8:40 like you do every other day. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI will be watching both. =o) I am doing all my errands and grocery shopping tomorrow because of the snow that's coming on Sunday. They estimate 7 inches, which turns in to a foot when you live next to an open field. But I will say I'm glad January is over, mainly because it's another month of winter down! Hope you have a good weekend sweetness!!
