What I'm Reading #47

Wow...#47 means there's like five weeks left of the year.  Yeesh!!  Time marches quickly, doesn't she?  I was pretty productive this week even if I didn't get things done quite as fast as I thought I should've.  I made my mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and froze them.  I dried the bread for homemade stuffing (sweet bread and sourdough) and got my pie crusts made.  I got my Christmas cards addressed and stamped this week which feels like a huge load off.

Anyhoo...let's load up on...

  2. Good for you for getting a lot done!! I've had a pretty productive week as well, and today my list has grown to numerous stores to bang out all in one outing, so I'll be amongst the masses today. Our boy pooch has to have a dental cleaning on Monday as well as removing a lot of excess gum tissue (some breeds are more prone, but they don't know what causes it) so I'm a wee bit stressed about that because they have to knock him out. But I think he'll feel a lot better having it done. Poor fella. Because I have to work next Wed, I'm going to go see my uncle tomorrow for Thanksgiving since next week is now out. So I'll go to my meeting first, then head out to the burbs. The hubs has to work, so we'll do grocery shopping on Sunday after we drop the mutts off at the groomer's for some scrubbin' time. My hope is to have just about all of my Christmas shopping done by this weekend, most of which is today.
Enjoy a fabulous weekend! And pat yourself on the back for getting a huge amount of things done!
