What I'm Reading This Week #22
Howdy do and welcome to the last Friday of May. 😑 Even though it was a short week, it always seems just a tinge longer than the previous week. I'm getting antsy because I want to see blooms. When you're growing from seed, it requires a patience I don't naturally have and trying to keep things from getting to everything before it has a chance to. Then reading about some God awful hornworm that can just come in and decimate your tomato plants overnight. It makes me wonder at what point do I put up the insect netting over the bucket veggies. You did a great job and I love the way it looks on our door. I've never been crafty at all. Honestly I cannot think of anything I've ever made that was worthy of hanging up anywhere, so be proud!
ReplyDeleteI was born without a crafty gene. My grandma was and my mom is super crafty, and my son is pretty crafty - but it skipped me. That's a pretty great fall decoration.
ReplyDeleteThat door decoration is so pretty! Very unique and perfect for the entire season. Well done! I'm not nearly as crafty as my mom but when I was younger she and I did a lot of crafts together. She was a natural, while it took more effort on my part. It's been a while since I've made anything crafty, and I want to say the last thing I made was a fresh centerpiece for Thanksgiving. It was a large vase that I used fresh cranberries and orange slices and some mint sprigs and added a beautiful fall flower arrangement. It looked so pretty on the table and I was so pleased with how it turned out. Only lasted less than a week since it was fresh but it sure did look pretty. LOL
