Howdy do and happy last Friday of August! I hope you had a good week and if your weather was like ours, it was FINALLY under 93 degrees. Don't get me wrong, I know sweater weather isn't here but it was nice to not have the AC working overtime (set to 76) starting at 11am every day! It was nice to not walk out to water the garden and walk into a wall of humidity so I will take what I can get. Stuffed spinach shells sound yummy. After the stress of the last two years, I don't blame you for trying to get as much done early as you can. You guys are crazy busy from November on so being ahead enough that you can enjoy the season can only help.

ReplyDeleteI love stuffed shells. Yummy! Glad to hear you're working on Christmas projects now because that's going to totally free up your time as you get closer to Christmas. You won't have that stress hanging over you and can truly enjoy your creations. Considering it feels like Memorial Day was just a couple of weeks ago in my mind, Christmas will be here all too soon!
