We are lucky enough to live close to a park so this time of year we go a lot. You know, before the heat, humidity and grossness of summer sets in so that getting sticky doesn't become an excuse to skip? We have several trails with benches and we like to utilize them when we want to get a total body workout in and not just a regular walk.
You can do it too!
You can time them on your phone for 1 minute or you can do them to failure, the choice is yours!
Now get out there and get movin'!

I like to walk at my park, but there are no benches. Just a walking trail around the outside of it, a playground, a pond, and a skate parks for the older kids. 3 times around is 2 miles. Not very exciting, but it is nice to be outside this time of year.
