  2. Those were pretty interesting. Maybe I should've read the snow shoveling one last week. One day it took me two and a half hours to dig out. Boo.

    On the other hand, 2.5 hours x 279 calories per 30 minutes (based on my age/weight/height) = SCORE!

    Next time I hit the squat machine thing at Curves I'll definitely be more aware of my form too. The author it right, it's far too easy to get sloppy.
