Merry Christmas to me - Weigh In

Down one pound.  Which means...200 lbs lost!!!!!!!!!!!!

So when you say you've "only lost a pound" (which I'm very guilty of) remember that at some point, that will be a  VIP.  (Very Important Pound!)

    You're too awesome for words! I know how proud I was when I hit the 100 pound mark; I can't even imagine how you must be feeling with this amazing milestone. It makes me a little misty-eyed, to tell you the truth. Congratulations!
