What I'm Reading This Week #18
Happy Friday everyone and welcome to May. We had a long week of getting the garage together so the Mr could finally park in it six weeks later. We still have some work to do in there as far as purging and such but we needed to get the space useable again since it's been a holding tank for our old countertop/sink, old grill waiting to be picked up by a friend, insulation, built planters and patio table and extra fencing from critter cages. We haven't had the mental drive to figure out how we get the shelves in order. I think I'm going to have to look up some garage organizing articles or something because it's really overwhelming to look at it all. Now let's peek into: Dietitians Agree, Eating More Might Be the Secret to Your Strongest Year Ever (Volume eating FTW. It's been ...
Still wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss on the previous 2 weigh ins! That's still a fantastic loss and I'm sure that if you wouldn't be bloated, you'd have another loss this week. I can only speak for myself here, but when I bloat, my weight goes up by at least 2 pounds. I hope you can figure out what caused the bloating so you can avoid it in the future. One of the worst feelings ever, especially when my legs are bloated! I hope your bloat will be gone soon, my body tends to stay bloated for a minimum of 4 days, regardless of the healthy/low sodium foods I eat, the amount of water I drink, or how much I sweat during my workouts... SO annoying!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy your grandpa made it through the surgery just fine, I wish him a speedy recovery! And also congrats to the Mr for passing his test! Great news!
Have a great Sunday!
