What I'm Reading This Week #22
Howdy do and welcome to the last Friday of May. 😑 Even though it was a short week, it always seems just a tinge longer than the previous week. I'm getting antsy because I want to see blooms. When you're growing from seed, it requires a patience I don't naturally have and trying to keep things from getting to everything before it has a chance to. Then reading about some God awful hornworm that can just come in and decimate your tomato plants overnight. It makes me wonder at what point do I put up the insect netting over the bucket veggies. DeletePlanes Trains and Automobiles when Neal is on the train and memories of Del come to mind with the Power to Believe song playing in the background. There has yet to be a time when I have not cried. The loneliness of the holidays in addition to the actual scenes really jumps out at me.

DeleteOne of my favorite all time movies is Better Off Dead. Pretty much any scene from that one. My high school best friend and I could quote that movie almost verbatim. I love the newspaper boy "TWO DOLLARS" and the scene where Lane's buddy is telling him "go really fast and if something gets in your way, turn".
