Our Strength Workouts for the Coming Month

source First off, a very happy birthday to my bestie!  Once again, I am in awe of what a beautiful, giving, patient friend you are.  I don't know how I got so lucky to have you in my life but I'll take it!  Wishing you an evening sans bra in front of the tube, enjoying your gifts and knowing you're loved! 🎂🎁 *** Note: I am sharing what our routine will be, this isn't suggesting you do it. 1. Yay you!
A cardiovascular surgeon had a blippiest of blips😲?? Glad she wasn't operating on a heart pfft.
I got really good at sticking to my guns when Mama was sick. Nothing recently though. I had some veins removed from my leg 8 years ago then the shot thing about 3 years back. So glad I did it.
Proud of you girl for holding the line with them! You get better at it the more you do it.

  2. So glad you pushed back on that. I'm tired of being dictated to on appointment days too and it's nice when you can force their hands for a change. Good job!

  3. I got real good about putting my foot down with all the hubs appts because they got really pushy and didnt take into account the other appts that also had priority. As for recently, I'd say I stuck to it when I really wanted to cancel my upcoming annual appt that I had already pushed out twice bec6of all the oth ed r stuff going on. I really had to battle myself to just keep this appt, and reminded myself then I'll be, gone. done with it and it wont be hanging over me. Doesnt help that my primary left...3 primaries in 4 years, gone. I'll be seeing an NP I've never met, so I just need to get it done.
