What Day Is It Weekend Recap
Sup Monday and what's up with y'all? The time for weekend shenaniganry is through and time to bid adieu to March. I can't believe we're just over a quarter through the year, though it's been quite productive. I got a sweet sale on some spray paint to repaint the skinny and bigger patio tables. I'd already painted the skinny one with flat high heat paint but discovered a pretty bad split on the leg. I haven't the power, time or money to search for a new one so I got the bondo out and filled in the hole to keep it from getting worse and once it was cured spray painted it in satin Canyon Black and it looks so much better. I spray painted all of the hooks and planter holders I took down as well and that took care of a can. We also got the mammoth planters moved out to the patio. Definitely an eye opener how tight it's going to be out there. I miscalculated on the smaller one and we'll need to uninstall and move the folding table we mad...
I don't know what it is about Yoga but I am always in worse shape leg-wise than I expect that I should be. I had no idea that Yoga was so hard on the muscles. My legs are on fire!
ReplyDeleteIce, Ibuprofen, Heat after a while, stretch. You've got the bases covered ,it just sucks.
ReplyDeleteRest ..it's ok to rest. Epsom salt soaks help too. I'd love to go snowshoeing , but would probably be in bad shape if I did.
ReplyDeleteI have problems with both of my Achilles, but mostly my left. I literally have a ball on it...and it all started from a pair of name brand workout shoes that I'll never put on my feet again. When it flares (particularly after sitting for a while then standing) I walk like I have no bend in my knee because it feels like it's going to blow out. I have a heating pad by the couch along with a massager that is very powerful that I use on my legs and shoulders/back. And I love using the frozen water bottle to roll my feet on at the end of a workout.
