What I'm Reading This Week #21

Happy Friday all!  I am beyond thrilled to not having to babysit seedlings indoors anymore.  I know I need to babysit them outside now but I am going to have to do some serious research on how to stop algae and white mold because I feel like I tried all of the tricks and nothing helped.  I can't wait for them to actually bloom.  Well, my cantaloupe have flowers on them.  I guess I'll have to get some knee high panty hose to hang them from on the trellis.  I'll be keeping my eye on those bucket crops because I know it won't be long before critters try to come after them and when they do, I have insect nets waiting for them.  HISS!  So we'll see how phase two goes. Now let's phase into: 5 Best Compound Exercises to Strengthen Your Whole Body   (Get twice as much done in half the time!) 10 Anti-Inflammatory Foods You Should Be Eating, According to Registered Dietitians   (I wish I liked avocados, maybe if I made a sassy guac/salsa combo w...

What I'm Reading This Week 2016 #6

We spent all day yesterday thinking it was Friday...which means today is supposed to be Saturday, dammit!  Sigh.

I am so glad it's stretching day, I don't think I could take more exercise this week.  But enough about our hobbling, sore bods, let's get to...

You can bet after last Saturday that we will be coming up with a list of potential things to do and places to eat so we can see what sounds good when we wake up.  It's supposed to be like...10 degrees.  TEN.  So being outside for any extended period of time is out.  I'm sure we'll find something to get into.

What are you guys doing this weekend?

  1. Going right for that Triumph link first and then of course I have to see what that one about the weightlifting vagina is too. Have a great weekend everyone and Happy Valentine's Day to the love of my life!

  2. Haha, as a Canadian reader I sometimes just have to laugh when 10 (Fahrenheit, I am assuming) is reason to stay indoors. When it's -13 Fahrenheit, (-25 Celsius) that's when I start deciding whether or not I'll go for my outdoor jog, anything warmer than that is fine by me. Happy Valentine's Day to the pair of you, stay warm!
