After 3 weeks of lame ass cheap attempts to caulk away a problem and some persistent emails and calls by the Mr last week, we finally got a call back about what was supposed to be a siding replacement. I should also mention that just below that in our basement, we've had water seeping through our basement wall for 10 years. The previous property management company's solution to that was waterproof paint. You can tell 10 years later how well it's held up: Our witch neighbor has the water line in front of her place and we have always suspected a crack in the line from a tree she had right beside it. She refused to let them come in to inspect her base...
