Non Scale Victories This Week
During last night's LIIFT 4 Shoulders workout, I saw an improvement over last weeks shoulder presses. I was unable to do the 2nd and 3rd sets last week overhead after about 3-4 presses. My left shoulder would literally fall like I'd lost all muscle control with 10 lb weights. Yesterday I used the same 10 lbs and it wasn't until the 7th rep on the second set that I started to feel bad fatigue but pushed through. On the third set my shoulders were shot but I was still able to push overhead even if slower. I pushed to fatigue but didn't have that dangerous muscle drop I had before. The zinnias I grew from seed are mostly in full bloom and I took some pics before cutting some to put in a little vase. Still wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss on the previous 2 weigh ins! That's still a fantastic loss and I'm sure that if you wouldn't be bloated, you'd have another loss this week. I can only speak for myself here, but when I bloat, my weight goes up by at least 2 pounds. I hope you can figure out what caused the bloating so you can avoid it in the future. One of the worst feelings ever, especially when my legs are bloated! I hope your bloat will be gone soon, my body tends to stay bloated for a minimum of 4 days, regardless of the healthy/low sodium foods I eat, the amount of water I drink, or how much I sweat during my workouts... SO annoying!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy your grandpa made it through the surgery just fine, I wish him a speedy recovery! And also congrats to the Mr for passing his test! Great news!
Have a great Sunday!
