The moaning that often comes with stretching doesn't help ease his mind either. I told the chiro my "after care" is becoming as long as the workouts themselves! Rocking the back does make a difference for sure! Nice to feel that lower back pain release!Anele @ Success Along the Weighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03986921867517926199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-1214922850789362632018-10-10T12:12:50.292-04:002018-10-10T12:12:50.292-04:00Aside from the 1/4 inch carpet over cement and lac...Aside from the 1/4 inch carpet over cement and lack of private space? I do the same leg stretch with strap as part of a routine I learned in PT when I herniated my disk. That plus your happy baby and crossed knee pull are great for sciatic pain. I wish I were more consistent with the other exercises I learned in PT. Even simply lying on the floor and rocking to massage the back makes a difference though. It's the only way I got through 3 days of digging, raking and laying sod. Pigeon pose is my go to after the laying hamstring stretch because it gets my inner thighs pretty good. I'll use a yoga strap occasionally and lay my leg out to one side then bring it over my body to touch the floor on the other side to stretch out the hamstring and hip. Why don't you want to roll around on the floor at work? ;-)Anele @ Success Along the Weighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03986921867517926199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-52474678305291228292018-10-10T11:39:27.989-04:002018-10-10T11:39:27.989-04:00We really like T25 too! Pigeon pose is a good glute stretch and if you don't want to get on the ground you can do a standing version with your bent leg on a table. It's handy at work where I can't roll around on the floor.EMLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10618112674581997416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-2654774446210609102018-10-10T09:42:39.524-04:002018-10-10T09:42:39.524-04:00I really enjoyed doing T25. They have a variety of workouts and add new ones each month. The instructors come from all over the world, which I really like for some reason! You can play the workouts from a computer but I use a Roku to stream them and there is a 10-day trial period if you ever want to check it out.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17555274089889641396noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-67966306644342766662018-10-10T07:27:02.143-04:002018-10-10T07:27:02.143-04:00Have you turned into A Million Little Things?
