The neighbors to the north got it right! =o)dalbador1https://www.blogger.com/profile/09877799102438622117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-49179060536815136282017-05-24T10:12:32.670-04:002017-05-24T10:12:32.670-04:00We travel a fair amount between all of us. After I book they other company, I call hotel directly and confirm the booking and check my options.

When we travel thru a tour group, we usually have better rooms, I have noticed. So they must generate enough volume to get vip treatment.

I absolutely have asked for a clean room when we check in and there are issues. I look. If it is not okay, I call front desk and ask for new room.

I have asked for extra sheet to put on floor. I don't tell them it is for the floor, I just ask for sheet. If we have small kids/toddlers/babies with us, I ask for lots of sheets and totally cover the floor with them.Vickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05452333714845476967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-36673372044633068462017-05-24T08:51:42.554-04:002017-05-24T08:51:42.554-04:00I think it's funny that the lower end hotels o...I think it's funny that the lower end hotels often have free wifi, and the higher end ones that you're already paying a premium for almost always make you pay extra. Just makes me laugh. I agree that hair in the bathroom is one of the most awful things to find in a hotel.another layerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15756727485274694135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7381223979507114346.post-15753773707112389392017-05-24T07:25:20.270-04:002017-05-24T07:25:20.270-04:00As hotel rooms go it was one of the better ones we...As hotel rooms go it was one of the better ones we've stayed in and I agree that I'd stay there again if we ever go back to Toronto. Just, you know, stay away from that room service and mini bar. Sheesh! The Mr.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04233628447251244134noreply@blogger.com
