Periods of days ...My month was all over the place. Periods of days that all was on target, then a stretch when it was not. The mental always determines which way I'll go, and I have got to stop that. I cannot let my state of mind affect whether or not I at my planned food or exercise. I need to work it in the opposite way and just do what's need doing and the mental part will take care of itself...usually for the better because I'm staying on track! Going into April I'm working on upping the water, cooking at home more, and consistency in an exercise routine instead of this hit or miss jumble I've been doing.<br /><br />I'm so sorry about your grandma. I know grief is a long road and that it will be a long time until you find your new normal.
