I love lasagna. If I'm going to an Italian restaurant, you can bet I'm going to order the lasagna. I have a different recipe I use if sodium, calories and fat are of no concern. But if I'm looking to watch it and get a nice full belly too, then this is the one I turn to. There are plenty of things you can add to this like other veggies or even lean meats so this can be used as a base recipe.
